Oriental Window Cleaners provides professional window cleaning services for residential and commercial properties. Services include interior and exterior window cleaning, screen cleaning, and related services as agreed upon with the customer.
Appointments are scheduled based on availability. We ask that customers provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations may incur a fee.
Pricing is provided as estimates based on information given by the customer. Final pricing may vary based on actual conditions discovered upon arrival. Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made.
We strive for complete customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 48 hours of service completion, and we will make reasonable efforts to address your concerns.

Our liability is limited to the cost of services rendered. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, damage caused by faulty installation, or damage resulting from circumstances beyond our control.
