If you notice any issues with our service, please contact us within 48 hours of service completion. We will arrange for a re-clean at no additional cost to address any areas that didn't meet our standards.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may incur a small fee to cover our scheduling costs.
