For most homes, we recommend professional window cleaning 2-4 times per year—typically in spring, summer, and fall. However, the frequency depends on several factors: trees near your home, weather conditions, and personal preference. Some customers prefer monthly cleaning for optimal clarity, while others are happy with seasonal service.

How long does window cleaning take? +

For an average single-story home with 15-20 windows, plan for about 1-2 hours. Two-story homes typically take 2-3 hours. Commercial properties vary widely based on size and complexity. We'll give you a time estimate when we schedule your appointment.

Do I need to be home during the service? +

For residential properties, we prefer someone to be home, but it's not always required. If you're not available, please ensure we have access to all windows and areas that need cleaning. For commercial properties, we can work around your schedule including early mornings, evenings, or weekends.

What's included in your window cleaning service? +

Our standard residential service includes: interior glass (both sides), exterior glass, window screens (removed, cleaned, and reinstalled), window sills, and window frames. We don't charge extra for these basics—they're included in our service.

Are you insured? +

Yes, absolutely. We carry comprehensive liability insurance to protect your property. We're also fully bonded. You can rest easy knowing that you're protected in the unlikely event of any damage or accident during our service.

What happens if it rains on my scheduled day? +

We don't let a little rain stop us! Our cleaning solutions are designed to work in any weather. However, in the case of heavy rain, thunderstorms, or unsafe conditions, we'll reschedule your appointment to ensure the safety of our team and the quality of our work. We'll contact you as soon as possible to reschedule.

Do you offer any guarantees? +

Yes! We stand behind our work with a satisfaction guarantee. If you're not completely happy with our service, contact us within 48 hours and we'll make it right—at no additional cost to you.

What forms of payment do you accept? +

We accept cash, check, and all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover). Payment is due at the time of service completion. For commercial accounts, we can set up NET-30 payment terms.

Do you offer recurring service plans? +

Yes! We offer convenient recurring service plans for both residential and commercial clients. Set up automatic scheduling (monthly, quarterly, or biannually) and never worry about remembering to book. You'll also save money with our maintenance plan pricing!

What areas do you serve? +
