For an average single-story home with 15-20 windows, plan for about 1-2 hours. Two-story homes typically take 2-3 hours. Commercial properties vary widely based on size and complexity. We'll give you a time estimate when we schedule your appointment.
For residential properties, we prefer someone to be home, but it's not always required. If you're not available, please ensure we have access to all windows and areas that need cleaning. For commercial properties, we can work around your schedule including early mornings, evenings, or weekends.
Our standard residential service includes: interior glass (both sides), exterior glass, window screens (removed, cleaned, and reinstalled), window sills, and window frames. We don't charge extra for these basics—they're included in our service.
Yes, absolutely. We carry comprehensive liability insurance to protect your property. We're also fully bonded. You can rest easy knowing that you're protected in the unlikely event of any damage or accident during our service.
We don't let a little rain stop us! Our cleaning solutions are designed to work in any weather. However, in the case of heavy rain, thunderstorms, or unsafe conditions, we'll reschedule your appointment to ensure the safety of our team and the quality of our work. Yes! We stand behind our work with a satisfaction guarantee. If you're not completely happy with our service, contact us within 48 hours and we'll make it right—at no additional cost to you.
We accept cash, check, and all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover). Payment is due at the time of service completion. For commercial accounts, we can set up NET-30 payment terms.
